Meetings and Conferences

Three rooms are available for meetings and conferences.

	The large Otter Suite can cater for up to ninety delegates whereas our antique filled restaurant comfortably seats twenty. Alternatively our beam filled lounge is perfect for small meetings for up to six people. The light filled rooms are exceptionally quiet and enjoy a wonderful rural aspect. There is ample on site parking and we are easily accessed from the A30, the M5 and Exeter Airport.

We are always pleased to adapt to suit our clients individual requirements.

Television and video Overhead projector Fax despatch and receipt Message taking Flip charts Extension leads Lectern and PA system. Other equipment is available on request.

REFRESHMENTS

• Tea and coffee can be provided at convenient intervals throughout the day
• Bottled local water and mints
• Your choice of a selection of sandwiches and 2 course buffet or a 3 course seated lunch in the Otter Restaurant
• The bar can be open during breaks if required.

CONFERENCE RATES

Room Hire Only - £110 Full Day
£60 Half Day

Daily Delegate Rate £23

Our most popular rate includes the hire of the conference suite from 9am until 5pm, morning coffee with biscuits and afternoon tea and a two course lunch. Additional teas, coffee and biscuits are £1.35 per person per service. Also included are mints, flip charts, pads and pens.

Overnight accommodation is available for ten delegates and the rate is £95, to include all of the above a 3 course dinner, bed and full West Country breakfast.

A minimum of 12 delegates is required for our daily delegate rate.
